Terms of Use
Last Updated: March 2025
Welcome to HyperNetFlux. By accessing our website and using our budget planning resources, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before continuing.
1. Acceptance of Terms
When you visit hypernetflux.com or engage with any of our educational materials, you're agreeing to follow these terms. We've designed our platform to help people understand budget planning better, but this only works if everyone respects some basic ground rules.
If something here doesn't sit right with you, that's okay. Just know that continued use of our site means you're on board with what we've outlined. We update these terms occasionally as our services grow, so checking back now and then makes sense.
2. Educational Purpose and Limitations
Our content focuses on budget planning education. That's what we do. But let me be clear about what we're not doing: we're not providing personalized financial advice tailored to your specific situation.
What Our Platform Offers
- General educational content about budget planning principles
- Learning resources that explain financial concepts in practical terms
- Tools and frameworks you can adapt to your circumstances
- Community-focused learning experiences starting in late 2025
Important: Nothing on this site constitutes professional financial advice. For decisions affecting your financial situation, consult with a licensed financial advisor who can review your specific circumstances.
We're educators, not financial advisors. The difference matters both legally and practically.
3. User Accounts and Registration
Some features on our platform require creating an account. When you register, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure. That sounds obvious, but you'd be surprised how often people share passwords or leave accounts logged in on shared computers.
Your Account Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Keep your password confidential and don't share access
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account use
- Take responsibility for all activity under your account
- Maintain only one account per person
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. This isn't something we enjoy doing, but protecting our community sometimes requires tough decisions.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Everything you see on this website belongs to someone. Most of it belongs to us. The budget planning frameworks, educational content, design elements, and our teaching methodology represent years of work.
You're welcome to use our materials for personal learning. Print out worksheets, take notes, share concepts with friends who might benefit. But republishing our content, selling access to our materials, or presenting our work as your own crosses a line.
What You Can Do
- Use materials for personal budget planning education
- Share links to our content with proper attribution
- Reference our frameworks in personal projects with credit
What Requires Permission
- Commercial use of our materials or methods
- Reproducing significant portions of our content elsewhere
- Creating derivative works based on our proprietary frameworks
5. User-Generated Content
As we introduce community features in autumn 2025, you'll be able to share your experiences and insights. That's exciting because real learning happens through shared experience. But with that opportunity comes responsibility.
Anything you post, comment, or share through our platform becomes part of the learning environment. We need certain rights to display and distribute that content, but you retain ownership of what you create.
Content Guidelines
- Keep contributions relevant to budget planning and financial education
- Respect others' privacy by not sharing identifying information without consent
- Avoid promotional content or attempts to sell products and services
- Don't post content that infringes on others' intellectual property
- Refrain from offensive, harassing, or inappropriate material
We review reported content and remove anything that violates these guidelines. Repeated violations can result in account suspension.
6. Payment Terms and Refund Policy
Some of our educational programs require payment. When pricing is displayed on our platform, those amounts are stated in Thai Baht and include applicable taxes. We process payments through secure third-party providers who handle the technical side of transactions.
Refund Conditions
We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you haven't accessed more than 20% of the course content. This policy balances giving you time to evaluate whether a program fits your needs while protecting the value of our educational materials.
After you've worked through a significant portion of content, refunds become complicated. You've already received the educational value at that point. Think of it like buying a book and reading most of it before deciding you want your money back.
Refund requests should be sent to info@hypernetflux.com with your order number and reason for the request. We process approved refunds within 7-10 business days.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy matters. We collect certain information to provide our services and improve your learning experience, but we're careful about what we gather and how we use it.
Our privacy practices align with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act and international standards. That means transparent data collection, secure storage, and your right to know what information we hold about you.
Data We Collect
- Account information you provide during registration
- Learning progress and course completion data
- Technical information like IP addresses and browser types
- Communication preferences and support interactions
We never sell your personal information to third parties. Revenue comes from our educational services, not from monetizing user data.
8. Limitation of Liability
This section covers legal protections, but let me explain it in plain terms. We work hard to provide accurate, helpful educational content. Sometimes though, things go wrong. Websites have technical issues. Information becomes outdated. Misunderstandings happen.
We're liable for problems we directly cause through negligence or intentional misconduct. But we can't be held responsible for every possible outcome related to your use of our platform.
Specific Limitations
- We're not liable for financial decisions you make based on our educational content
- Technical disruptions or temporary service unavailability don't create liability beyond refunding affected services
- We're not responsible for third-party content accessed through links on our site
- Maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the preceding 12 months
These limitations might seem harsh, but they're standard protections that let us provide affordable educational services without excessive legal risk.
9. Prohibited Uses
Most people use our platform appropriately. But we need clear boundaries for behavior that's not acceptable.
You May Not
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use automated tools to scrape or download our content in bulk
- Interfere with the proper functioning of our website or services
- Impersonate staff members or other users
- Use our platform to distribute malware or engage in phishing
- Collect personal information about other users without consent
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
Violations result in immediate account termination and potential legal action for serious offenses.
10. Modifications to Service
Our platform changes as we learn what works best for budget planning education. Sometimes we add features. Occasionally we remove things that didn't pan out. Course content gets updated as financial practices change.
We'll notify you about significant changes that affect how you use our services. Small updates and improvements happen continuously though, and we don't announce every minor adjustment.
If we discontinue a service you've paid for, you'll receive either equivalent access to replacement content or a prorated refund for unused service time.
11. Termination Rights
You can stop using our services whenever you want. Cancel your account through the settings page, and we'll process that within 48 hours. Some data gets retained for legal and accounting purposes, but your account and access to paid services end immediately.
We can terminate accounts too, though we rarely need to. Serious violations like harassment, fraud, or repeated policy breaches leave us no choice. In most cases, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to correct the problem.
After Termination
Downloaded materials you saved during active subscription remain yours. But access to our platform, future updates, and community features ends with account termination. Paid subscriptions aren't refunded beyond our standard 14-day policy unless termination resulted from our failure to provide services.
12. Dispute Resolution
If something goes wrong, let's talk first. Most problems get resolved through straightforward communication. Email us at info@hypernetflux.com with details about your concern, and we'll work through it.
For disputes that can't be resolved informally, these terms are governed by Thai law. Legal proceedings would take place in courts with jurisdiction over Nonthaburi Province, where our business is registered.
We prefer mediation before litigation when possible. Lawyers are expensive and time-consuming for everyone involved.
13. Changes to These Terms
These terms will change. Not constantly, but as our services change and as we learn from experience. When we make substantial changes, we'll notify active users via email and post prominent notice on the website.
Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. If you disagree with major changes, you can terminate your account and request a prorated refund for unused paid services.
We maintain an archive of previous term versions. If you want to see what changed and when, just ask.
