- Erasure: Request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Restriction: Ask us to limit how we process your data in certain situations
- Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing
- Withdraw Consent: Revoke consent for data processing where consent was the legal basis
How to Exercise Your Rights
To make a request regarding your data rights:

There's no fee for most requests. We may charge a reasonable administrative fee for excessive or repetitive requests.

The "Effective Date" at the top shows when this version became active. Continuing to use HyperNetFlux after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
